Larry Sprinkle of WCNC News Channel 36 aired a special segment of Larry’s Look on Friday, November 9th at 6:45am. The show featured Conder’s flag giveaway to veterans and active duty military.

Conder Flag Company in Charlotte gave away free 3′ x 5′ US embroidered star flags in honor of Veterans Day. The giveaway was held at the Conder Flag Showroom on Friday, November 9th and Monday, November 12th from 9:00-4:30pm. Veterans Day fell on Sunday, November 11th this year.

Larry’s segment also featured Paul Passaro, Program Director of Charlotte Bridge Home, who is one of Conder’s customers. Conder provided flags and poles for a Southern Spring show event in 2011. Charlotte Bridge Home helps Charlotte veterans successfully transition home after military service by identifying their education, employment and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state and federal resources. Sgt. Micheal Van Deren, a Marine Corps Infantry veteran and his Great Dane service dog, Colt also appeared on the show.
