Virginia Tech Women's Basketball Lounge

The Challenge:

After completing a new practice facility for Virginia Tech Basketball, the women’s coaching staff was seeking an impact statement to enhance the recruiting efforts of its coaches during on-campus recruiting visits. As a main focal point of the entry into the lounge and locker room, a wall was clearly available as their WOW factor for a young recruit and her family to experience.

The Solution:

Conder Flag was called in to offer assistance to create and install this new impact piece. Not only did it provide excellent recruiting opportunities, but it also helped to instill the pride of their program to its team and coaches. The Conder team worked in conjunction with the VT Sports Information office and converted their recent team unity image into a dynamic statement promoting Hokies Women’s Basketball. The 24’ impact wall graphic was printed and applied to the wall as the season approached and recruiting visits increased. Conder Flag relished the chance to make a difference in building the women’s basketball team for the future.
