After an evaluation of their facilities, Virginia Tech embarked on a program to upgrade their team facilities, especially their Olympic sports. After several capital projects, efforts were made to improve the overall appearances in team locker rooms and lounges. The value of these improvements for recruiting made it worthwhile for each team to receive dynamic graphic treatments as established by the VT Communications office. Conder Flag was again chosen to implement these updates, most recently for Women’s Soccer. After careful coordination with the Facilities director, Conder produced and installed a series of banners and wall graphics from the entry/lounge to the locker room. These make for an eye popping impact for team members, recruits and their families.
